Pain and Recovery After a Crash

Being trapped in a damaged vehicle can make the moments before hospital treatment an important part of a person's experience. In the Capital Boulevard collision, responders had to cut the minivan driver out before the driver could be taken to a hospital.

Medical expenses and pain and suffering address different effects of an injury. Bills document the cost of care, while pain and suffering concerns the person's experience during and after the collision. An auto accident lawyer can consider both when reviewing a possible claim. Compensation depends on responsibility, the effects of the injury and available coverage.
