Hannah faces numerous charges including felony flee to elude, felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle, felony possession of a firearm by a felon, and felony aggravated assault on a government official. Additional citations were issued for traffic violations such as resisting a public officer, failure to stop at the scene, driving without a license, failing to heed emergency lights and sirens, reckless driving, and improper operation of a vehicle including sidewalk driving and failure to yield.
Graciano was charged with felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle and felony possession of a firearm by a felon. He was granted a \$35,000 unsecured bond and is scheduled to appear in Forsyth District Court on June 5.
Stubbs faces charges for felony possession of a firearm by a felon and felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle. He also had an outstanding warrant from an unrelated case. Like Hannah, Stubbs is currently being held with no bond at the Forsyth County Law Enforcement Detention Center.
