My wife was in a car accident in Charlotte. We got a lot of letters from Charlotte personal injury lawyers. We were referred to Mr. Fleishman from a friend who had used him for her car accident. We were very happy with Mr. Fleishman. He took the time to speak with us and explained everything that was going on. It was very clear from day one that he would do what was in our best interest. Further, he also called us back when we had questions. He was a very good lawyer and we got a very good result. Without question I would refer him to another person.
After being rear-ended by a tractor trailer on I-85, a friend of mine referred me to this law firm. From the beginning to the end the attorney and his assistant were attentive, responsive and concise while handling my case. Every aspect of the process was explained to me and I was kept in the loop at all times. When I had options and a decision to make the relevant details were clear and informative allowing me to make the best decision for me. Prayerfully, I am not going to have another accident, but if I was I would undoubtedly hire Rosensteel Fleishman to get the job done.
Just want to take a moment to thank Matt and Isaac for providing us a wonderful experience following our car accident. They both went out of their way to explain every detail to us and answer all our questions. I would recommend this firm highly to anyone!
Defendant denied liability and blamed our client for causing the accident. Further, our client’s blood alcohol level was above the legal limit. Settled right before trial.
Individual defendant got intoxicated at a bar. While not disclosed by the individual we were able to find the offending bar and file a lawsuit. While the Bar denied being responsible they eventually settled for full insurance policy.
Defendant denied liability and blamed our client for causing the accident. We filed suit against the defendant, defendant’s employer as well as five other businesses associated with the defendant. Following extensive litigation and multiple mediations the case resolved shortly before trial.
