Outlaw was transported to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in serious condition and remains hospitalized. Authorities stated that criminal charges are expected once she is medically cleared, though specific charges have not yet been announced.
The driver of the Volvo, 29 year old Alexis Symone Bruner of Hope Mills, and her passenger, 24 year old Adaysia Promise Troy of Fayetteville, were also taken to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center with serious injuries.
