Both Duque and Colin were confirmed by officials to be active-duty members of the United States Marine Corps stationed at Camp Lejeune, located near Jacksonville in Onslow County, NC.
The North Carolina State Highway Patrol has charged Diego Andres Martinez Duque with misdemeanor death by motor vehicle, careless and reckless driving, and unsafe lane change.
