Position:
Associate Attorney
Description:
Rosensteel Fleishman, PLLC is looking for an associate attorney to join our growing firm. The right candidate will need to have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in handling personal injury cases as well as courtroom experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
We’re looking for a motivated attorney who brings both legal skill and a commitment to client service. Ideal candidates will meet the following qualifications and demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment:
- Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school
- Admission in good standing with the NC State Bar, and preference will be given to those also barred in SC
- 3 years minimum prior legal experience required, and preference will be given to those with courtroom experience
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and be self-sufficient
- Ability to multi-task
- Prior experience with Needles Case Management Software is preferred
Job Responsibilities:
This role involves managing a variety of tasks throughout the life of a case, from initial intake to trial. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Client intake and screening
- Oversee the paralegal assigned to the case
- Handle property damage
- Review medical records and draft demands
- Negotiate claims and communicate with the clients
- Handling all aspects of litigation from filing the Complaint through the trial

Salary:
Commensurate with years of experience: $75,000.00 to $100,000.00, plus bonuses.
