Greensboro, NC (November 02, 2026) - Three people were injured in a Monday morning crash at Wendover Avenue and Bridford Parkway in Greensboro. Guilford County EMS reported that one person sustained moderate injuries and two sustained minor injuries. All three were taken to a hospital.

Greensboro police said they responded at 7:33 a.m. The intersection is on the west side of Greensboro in Guilford County.

Footage showed a heavily damaged vehicle overturned slightly off the roadway at the intersection. Numerous emergency personnel responded to the scene. The cause of the crash was not available in the initial account.

Hospital Bills Do Not Set Pain and Suffering Amounts

All three people injured in this crash were taken to a hospital. Hospital expenses can be part of a bodily injury claim, but multiplying those bills by a fixed number does not establish compensation for pain and suffering. North Carolina does not use a statutory formula to determine pain and suffering compensation.

A hospital bill describes the cost of care, not a dollar value for the pain someone experienced. A larger bill therefore does not automatically establish a proportionally larger pain and suffering amount. A car accident settlement attorney can assess medical expenses and pain and suffering as distinct parts of a possible claim. Whether compensation is available also depends on responsibility for the accident and the applicable coverage.

Considering a Claim After Hospital Care

If you are facing hospital expenses after a car accident, we can help you understand whether an injury claim may be available and which accident-related losses it could cover. The discussion can include both treatment expenses and pain and suffering without relying on a fixed multiplier.
