Mr. Rosensteel practice focuses on Federal and State criminal defense, North Carolina traffic violations, and workers’ compensation. Prior to founding Rosensteel Fleishman, Mr. Rosensteel worked in the District of Columbia Office of Labor Relations and Collective Bargaining. Mr. Rosensteel is also a frequent speaker on local television news programs for his expertise on North Carolina criminal defense and traffic violations. Outside of the office Mr. Rosensteel serves as the co-chair of the Mecklenburg County Bar Association’s lawyer referral service.

Mr. Fleishman has represented individuals, families and businesses all across North Carolina. He has won millions of dollars for clients both in and out of the courtroom. Mr. Fleishman serves as the head of the civil litigation department for Rosensteel Fleishman, PLLC. He has successfully tried cases throughout North Carolina representing people injured in NC automobile accidents, medical malpractice, and other personal injuries. Mr. Fleishman also serves as lead replevin counsel across North Carolina for one of the largest financial institutions in the United States.  Mr. Fleishman was awared the 2012 Lawyer of the Year for the Mecklenburg County Bar LRS.  Outside of the office Matt is active in the Charlotte community and volunteers his time with local groups including Hands on Charlotte, a volunteer organization in Charlotte, where he sits on the Board of Directors.
